• Cost: Flat rate of £3.50 for non-bulky items.
• Free Shipping: Available on all orders of £35.00 or more.
• Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day.
• Delivery Time: Delivery usually takes between 2–5 working days from the date of purchase.

Please Note regarding Discounts: Shipping requirements (such as the £35 free shipping threshold) are calculated after any vouchers, coupons, or discounts have been applied. For example, if your goods total £35 and a 10% discount is applied, the final order total falls below the threshold, and standard shipping fees will apply.

2. Free Local Delivery

• Availability: Available for selected postcodes around Brownhills, Walsall, Lichfield, and surrounding areas.
• Cost: Free on orders of £5.00 or more.
• Fulfillment: Same-day or next-day delivery is available, depending on the time of purchase.

3. Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)

• Cost: Free.
• How it works: Place your order online, and our team will have it packaged and waiting for you when you arrive at our store.
• Note: Collection is subject to our standard store opening hours.
