Conditions for Returns: Damaged or Faulty Items
We have a 30-day return policy on damaged or faulty items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We can offer an exchange (stock depending) or refund.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a returns shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we receive the item and it meets the requirements, we will process your exchange or refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may
evaluate the issue and make it right.
Policy for Non-Damaged Returns
If you have changed your mind on an item, or simply no longer require it, you have 14 days from receipt to contact us. We reserve the right to offer store credit only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The refund will include the minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. You must contact us of your intention to return your order and return the item/s to us, either directly in stores or send via recorded delivery within 14 days of confirming return. It is your duty to take all reasonable care of any items to be returned, including their packaging up until the time we receive them back from you. Any damage will result in part or null compensation from us.
Items that can not be returned:
Perishable items i.e temperature controlled food/medication.
Medication – due to regulatory law, we can not accept the return of any medication e.g. flea and worming treatments.
Items that have been used/opened (unless found to be faulty.)
The 14 day limit to request a return does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items you have 30 days to arrange a return/refund.
Policy for Un-Received items
In normal circumstances, the limit of our liability for compensation for orders which are significantly delayed or do not arrive at all will be the value of the order placed.
